TERMS & CONDITIONS
Before enrolling onto our Yoga Collective Academy Teacher Training course, we kindly ask that all students read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These guidelines are in place to help create clarity, fairness and a supportive learning environment for everyone involved. They outline important information regarding bookings, cancellations, payments, attendance and certification.
If you have any questions before enrolling, please do not hesitate to contact the Yoga Collective Academy team.
1. YOGA COLLECTIVE ACADEMY T&C'S
By enrolling onto a Yoga Collective Academy Teacher Training course, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. BOOKING & DEPOSIT
2.1 A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the training.
2.2 Your place is not confirmed until the deposit payment has been received.
2.3 Remaining balances must be paid in full prior to the course start date, unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
2.4 Failure to complete payment may result in your place being released.
3. PAYMENTS
3.1 All deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes cancellations due to personal circumstances, injury, illness, change of mind or scheduling conflicts.
3.2 All course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the training, unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
3.3 Students who choose a payment plan are responsible for completing all scheduled payments on time as per the 'Balance Invoice' received.
3.4 Missed or late payments may result in temporary suspension from the training until payments are brought up to date.
3.5 All payments made towards the training are non-transferable.
3.6 Yoga Collective Academy reserves the right to refuse certification if full payment has not been received.
4. STUDENT CANCELLATION
4.1 If you need to cancel your place on the Yoga Teacher Training, written notice must be provided via email to the course director.
4.2 More than 90 days before the course start date:
You may receive:
-
A refund less the non-refundable deposit and a 10% administration fee, OR
-
The option to transfer to another Yoga Collective Academy training / workshop.
4.3 Less than 90 days before the course start date:
-
No refunds will be given.

Transfers are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Any approved transfer may incur an administration fee.
5. YOGA COLLECTIVE ACADEMY
CANCELLATION
5.1 In the unlikely event that Yoga Collective Academy needs to cancel the training, students will receive:

A full refund of all monies paid, OR
-
The option to transfer to another Yoga Collective Academy training/workshop.
5.2 Yoga Collective Academy is not responsible for any external expenses incurred, including travel, accommodation or loss of earnings.
6. MISSED TRAINING DAYS
6.1 Due to the nature of teacher training, attendance is important.
6.2 If a student misses part of the training, Yoga Collective Academy cannot guarantee certification unless all required hours and assessments are completed.
6.3 Additional catch-up sessions or mentoring may incur an additional fee.
7. CODE OF CONDUCT
7.1 Yoga Collective Academy reserves the right to remove a student from the training if behaviour is deemed disruptive, inappropriate or harmful to the learning environment. No refunds will be issued in this circumstance.
8. CERTIFICATION
8.1 Certification is awarded upon:

Full attendance (or completion of required make-up hours);

Successful completion of assessments;

Completion of payment in full,

And meeting the required teaching standards of the course.
9. LIABILITY
9.1 Students participate in all practices at their own risk. It is the student's responsibility to inform teachers of any injuries, medical conditions or health concerns prior to participation.
9.2 Yoga Collective Academy and its teachers accept no liability for injury, loss or damages sustained during the training.
